The postural cushion 3 ELEMENTS is made of a contoured foam base, a soft gel pads on the leg part, 22 micro-interchange air bubbles are placed in the gluteus area, there is one valve for inflation. The external cover is composed of a contact surface in Jersey (breathable two way stretchable Polyester), the sides in Polyester 3D (honeycomb structure) and an anti-slip base. The cover has a carrying handle, zip on three sides and 2 double layer Velcro laces on the side that allow to tie the cushion to wheelchairs and chairs.
